The Pinnacle by LV OPC
Massage Therapist Digital Portal Account Creation & Operational Agreement
"Every Massage Therapist representing The Pinnacle by LV is an executive ambassador of our luxury brand. Creating your official Therapist Portal Account marks your formal accreditation as a trusted mobile wellness professional. This agreement binds our mutual commitment to clinical excellence, client safety, zero-tolerance harassment defense, and fair compensation."
Section 1 — Digital Account Registration & Accreditation
1.1. Individual Sole-User Account & Biometric Security
Each Therapist Portal Account is strictly personal, non-transferable, and authenticated via native Biometric Login (Face ID / Touch ID / BiometricPrompt). Sharing account credentials, passwords, or permitting any non-accredited person to perform dispatches is a Class A violation resulting in immediate account deactivation and contract termination.
1.2. Prerequisite Credentialing
Full activation of the Therapist Portal Account requires verified copies of a valid DOH Massage Therapy License (LMT) or TESDA NC II in Massage Therapy, current NBI/Police Clearances (no derogatory record), and annual Medical Fit-to-Work Certification.
Section 2 — Adherence to Clinical Safety & Modesty Draping
2.1. The Modesty Draping Law (IRONCLAD)
The client must remain fully draped in fresh, sanitized white linens at all times. Only the specific limb or muscle quadrant currently being massaged may be exposed. Gluteal cleft, pelvic regions, and breasts must remain covered at all times.
2.2. Anatomical Danger Zones (DOH Compliance)
Direct vertical compression on spinal vertebrae, forceful friction on the carotid artery/anterior neck, and tapotement over renal flank angles are strictly forbidden. Expectant mothers must be treated side-lying with absolute avoidance of oxytocin acupressure points (SP-6, LI-4).
2.3. Five-Star Grooming, Neat Body & Fresh White Socks
Tailored black tunic with gold trim, clean and neat body, fresh breath, strictly short rounded unpolished nails, hair tightly secured in a bun net, zero jewelry, fragrance neutrality, and mandatory wearing of clean white socks with a fresh pair upon entering each client's residence.
2.4. In-Session No-Phone Policy & Mandatory Protective Face Mask
During the entire duration of the home service treatment, therapists must wear a clean protective face mask covering the nose and mouth. Mobile phones must be placed strictly on Silent/Do Not Disturb mode and stowed inside the kit bag. Browsing, texting, calling, or personal phone use inside client premises is strictly forbidden.
Section 3 — Digital Dispatch, Transit & Curfew
3.1. Dispatch Acceptance & Fulfillment
Dispatched appointments accepted on the portal represent a binding commitment. Therapists must arrive at the client's residential gate or condominium lobby 15 to 20 minutes prior to scheduled session time.
3.2. Geofenced Biometric Proof of Arrival
Upon arrival at the client's residence, hotel, or condominium security gate, the therapist must execute the arrival confirmation on the mobile portal. The system mandates instant Biometric Verification (Face ID / Fingerprint) and verifies that the device's live GPS coordinates strictly match the client's booking PIN Location within a 50-meter radius (≤50m). This verified Biometric Geofence match serves as the official, tamper-proof Proof of Arrival, driving punctuality calculations and preventing ghost check-ins.
3.3. Angkas / JoyRide Transit & 11:00 PM Curfew
Standard client bookings are accepted up to 11:00 PM daily. Any booking requested after 11:00 PM is strictly subject to Central Dispatcher Approval. All transit is conducted exclusively via Angkas or JoyRide motorcycle taxis to swiftly cut through traffic and ensure punctual arrival, with fares covered/reimbursed by the company.
3.4. Punctuality Standard, Lateness Penalties & Daily Allowance Deductions
Punctuality is vital to luxury home service spa delivery. Any unexcused tardiness incurs a deduction of Forty Pesos (₱40.00) per hour from the therapist's daily allowance. Arrival of greater than 15 minutes (>15 mins) late without valid dispatcher-approved emergency is recorded and penalized as one (1) hour late and forfeits attendance bonuses. Unexcused delay of two (2) hours or more is considered severe operational disruption resulting in one (1) full day of commission deduction and immediate dispatch reassignment.
3.5. 2:00 PM Duty Readiness Mandate
All scheduled therapists must be fully prepared on or before 2:00 PM daily—bathed, in complete tailored uniform, phone fully charged, and massage kit completely packed and verified—ready for immediate dispatch.
Section 4 — Safe Spaces Defense & Emergency "CODE GOLD"
4.1. Zero-Tolerance Harassment Protection (R.A. 11313)
The therapist has the absolute right and explicit directive to terminate any session immediately if a client makes suggestive remarks, requests illicit services, or attempts improper physical contact. The therapist gathers her belongings, exits to the lobby, and triggers "CODE GOLD".
4.2. 100% Guaranteed Commission Compensation
The Pinnacle by LV OPC guarantees 100% full commission payment to any therapist who aborts an appointment due to safety or harassment violations. The therapist is never penalized or questioned, and the company initiates police reporting and client blacklisting.
Section 5 — Anti-Pocketing, Contact Isolation & Non-Circumvention
5.1. Strict Prohibition of Direct Solicitation & Contact Exchange
All clients served through the platform are exclusive proprietary clientele of The Pinnacle by LV OPC. Therapists are strictly prohibited from providing their personal telephone numbers, personal messaging accounts, or social media handles to clients; therapists must provide ONLY official company contact channels (Hotline, Official WhatsApp/Viber, Website QR). Furthermore, therapists are strictly forbidden from soliciting, asking, or recording client personal contact details for independent private bookings.
5.2. 24-Month Covenant & ₱100,000 Liquidated Damages
This non-solicitation obligation survives for twenty-four (24) months following termination. Any violation subjects the therapist to summary contract termination, permanent deactivation, and mandatory payment of One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000.00) in liquidated damages.
Section 6 — VIP Client Confidentiality (R.A. 10173)
6.1. Protection of Client Data & Absolute Ban on Photos and Contact Solicitation
Therapists cater to prominent executives, diplomats, and VIPs. Client names, condominium unit numbers, gate passes, home layouts, and health notes are strict trade secrets under R.A. 10173 (Data Privacy Act). Taking unauthorized photos, selfies, or videos inside client premises or condominium lobbies is strictly prohibited. Therapists are strictly barred from collecting, copying, soliciting, or sharing client personal information or contact details for any private purpose.
Section 7 — Commission Wallet, 100% Tips & Remittance
7.1. Settlement Schedule
Commissions earned on completed dispatches are settled bi-monthly via bank deposit or GCash/Maya transfer following the company accounting cut-off.
7.2. 100% Client Tip Retention
All client tips and gratuities belong 100% to the attending therapist. The company never applies deductions or fees to therapist tips.
7.3. Company QR Only & 24-Hour Remittance
Clients must pay via the official company QR code. Accepting funds to personal accounts is Estafa with immediate termination. Cash on Delivery (COD) must be remitted within 24 hours.
7.4. Mobile App Performance Bonuses & Attendance Rewards
In addition to commission splits and 100% tip retention, therapists are rewarded through the mobile portal: (a) 5-Star Client Review Bonus: Consistently high client ratings (4.8 to 5.0 stars) in the mobile app qualify for monthly performance cash incentives. (b) Perfect Attendance & Punctuality Bonus: Zero unexcused absences and zero late arrivals (>15 mins) within a cut-off period qualify for dedicated monthly performance bonus payouts.
Section 8 — Employee Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics & Due Process
8.1. Adherence to Code of Conduct & Code of Ethics
The therapist commits to strict compliance with the Employee Code of Conduct & Discipline (PINNACLE-COC-2026-001) and the Code of Ethics & Professional Standards (PINNACLE-ETH-2026-001). Violations are categorized under Groups A (Minor), B (Moderate), C (Serious), and D (Grave Just Causes). Acts of client-stealing, collecting payments on personal accounts, or bringing male visitors to the Staff House result in summary dismissal.
8.2. Statutory Twin-Notice Due Process
Disciplinary actions observe the constitutional Twin-Notice Rule: a written Notice to Explain (NTE) granting a minimum of five (5) calendar days to answer, an Administrative Conference, followed by a formal Notice of Decision (NOD).
8.3. Staff House Peace, Admin Clearance & Daily Cleaning Duty
To maintain dormitory order and neighbor harmony: (a) Neighbor Tranquility: Playing excessively loud music, shouting, or creating noise that disturbs neighbors is strictly prohibited; quiet hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) are strictly enforced. (b) Admin Sign-Out: Therapists must seek permission and notify the House Admin or Central Dispatch before leaving the Staff House. (c) Designated Daily Cleaner: A daily roster assigns a designated Staff House Cleaner for each working day to keep common areas, kitchen, and dormitories immaculate.
