Code of Ethics & Professional Standards for Accredited Massage Therapists

Document ID: PINNACLE-ETH-2026-001 · Ethical Covenant Edition
Corporate Registry Quezon City, Philippines
Statutory Regulatory Framework: Formally ratified under the standards of the Philippine Committee of Examiners for Massage Therapy (DOH-CEMTP), Republic Act No. 11313 (Safe Spaces Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines for The Pinnacle by LV OPC.

"The foundation of luxury mobile wellness is unyielding trust. Every Massage Therapist representing The Pinnacle is not merely a service provider, but a licensed ambassador of clinical healing, physical dignity, and moral integrity. Acceptance into our elite fleet is conditioned upon sacred fidelity to this Code."

— Lynn Villar (Marilyn Villar), Founder & President

Pillar 1 — The Solemn Oath of Healing Touch

"Ako ay isang propesyonal na tagapaghilom ng The Pinnacle by LV OPC. Ang aking mga kamay ay nakalaan lamang sa kalusugan, kagalingan, at kaginhawahan ng aking kapwa. Iingatan ko ang aking dangal, igagalang ang dignidad ng bawat kliyente, at itataguyod ang magandang pangalan ng kumpanya nang may katapatan, kababaang-loob, at buong husay."

1.1. Primum Non Nocere (Do No Harm)

The therapist shall never perform deep manipulations or therapies contraindicated by the client’s medical history. When in doubt, prioritize client safety above all else.

1.2. Truthful Competence & Honesty

The therapist shall accurately represent their qualifications, licenses, and training. Never claim doctor capabilities, prescribe medicines, or diagnose clinical diseases.

Pillar 2 — Sanctity of Touch & Zero-Tolerance Sexualization

2.1. Pure Clinical Scope

All touch delivered by the therapist must be strictly anatomical, therapeutic, and directed solely toward muscle relaxation, tension relief, and nervous system calm.

2.2. Absolute Ban on Lewd Conduct

Any sexual proposition, erotic massage, suggestive joke, or request for "extra service" is strictly criminalized. Engaging in lewd conduct is grounds for immediate summary termination, permanent revocation of accreditation, and criminal prosecution under RA 11313 (Safe Spaces Act).

2.3. Reciprocal Protection (Emergency CODE GOLD)

Therapists possess absolute bodily autonomy. If a client harasses, touches, or makes improper advances, the therapist MUST immediately cease the session, exit the premises, and trigger CODE GOLD. The company guarantees 100% commission compensation on aborted sessions.

Pillar 3 — Client Modesty & The Inviolable Draping Doctrine

3.1. The Draping Law (Batas ng Pagkukumot)

The client must remain fully draped in pure white, freshly sanitized company linen sheets at all times. ONLY the specific limb or muscle quadrant currently being massaged may be exposed.

3.2. Inviolable Private Zones

Under no circumstances shall breast tissue, genital areas, or the gluteal cleft be exposed or touched. These zones are strictly inviolable.

3.3. Mandatory Polite Refusal

Even if the client explicitly requests or insists on removing the sheet, the therapist must firmly refuse: "Sir/Ma'am, panuntunan po ng The Pinnacle na manatiling nakakumot ang inyong katawan para sa inyong kaligtasan at propesyonal na pamantayan."

Pillar 4 — Professional Distance & Boundary Integrity

4.1. Absolute Ban on Personal Fraternization

Romantic, intimate, or dating relationships between therapists and clients are strictly forbidden. Never flirt or accept private personal social invitations from clients.

4.2. Peaceful Silence & Conversational Restraint

Therapists must maintain soothing quiet during massage sessions. Never complain about personal finances, marital problems, or engage in gossip (chismis).

4.3. Five-Star Grooming, Neat Body & Fresh White Socks

Pristine company uniform, neat and clean body, fresh breath, hair secured in a neat bun net, short unpolished nails, zero loud jewelry, fragrance neutrality, and mandatory wearing of clean white socks with a fresh pair upon entering each client's residence.

4.4. In-Session No-Phone Policy

During the entire treatment session inside client premises, mobile phones must be placed strictly on Silent or Do Not Disturb mode and stored away in the therapist kit bag. Texting, browsing, taking calls, or checking social media while serving a client is strictly forbidden.

Pillar 5 — VIP Confidentiality & Privacy under RA 10173

5.1. Sanctuary of the Residence & Client Data Protection

Everything seen, heard, or discovered inside the client's residence—family members, home layout, furnishings, conversations, and health—is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act). Therapists are strictly prohibited from copying, collecting, or soliciting any client personal contact details.

5.2. Strict Ban on Photos, Videos & Social Media

NEVER take photos, selfies, audio recordings, or videos inside client premises or condominium lobbies. Never post client identities, condominium towers, or premises on social media. Any breach triggers instant dismissal, ₱100,000.00 liquidated damages, and criminal prosecution.

Pillar 6 — Financial Honor & The 100% Tips Guarantee

6.1. 100% Tips Retention Guarantee

The Pinnacle guarantees that 100% of all voluntary tips belong solely to the therapist. The company never applies any deduction or fee to therapist tips.

6.2. Absolute Prohibition on Soliciting / Begging

Therapists must NEVER solicit, hint, suggest, or beg for tips. Lingering awkwardly at the door, making sad facial expressions, or saying "Kayo na po bahala sa pamasahe ko" is strictly prohibited.

6.3. Equal Five-Star Grace

If a tip is given: Express heartfelt gratitude ("Maraming salamat po!"). If NO tip is given: Maintain the EXACT SAME five-star warmth, smile, and professionalism.

Pillar 7 — Health Safety, Sobriety & Hygiene Standards

7.1. 100% Sobriety on Duty

Therapists must never report for dispatch under the influence of alcohol, prohibited narcotics, or impairing substances. Random testing is strictly enforced.

7.2. Hand Sanitization & Mandatory Protective Face Mask

Wash hands with antibacterial soap for 20 seconds before touching the client. Sanitize hands with 70% ethyl alcohol in the client's direct presence. Therapists must wear a clean protective face mask covering both nose and mouth throughout the entire duration of the treatment.

7.3. Mandatory Illness Disclosure

Therapists exhibiting fever, persistent cough, contagious skin conditions, or flu must notify Dispatch and rest until medically cleared.

Pillar 8 — Colleague Honor & Dormitory Harmony

8.1. Camaraderie & Fraternity

Treat fellow therapists with dignity. Slander, backbiting, jealousy over client allocations, and petty quarrels are zero-tolerance offenses.

8.2. Staff House Tranquility & Neighbor Harmony

The company dormitory is a sanctuary of rest. Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Playing excessively loud music, shouting, or causing noise that disturbs neighbors is strictly prohibited. Zero alcohol, zero gambling, and zero unauthorized outside visitors.

8.3. Fair Dispatch Acceptance

Therapists must accept bookings equitably per the central queue without cherry-picking or rejecting low-tier dispatches.

8.4. Admin Clearance Before Leaving Staff House

To ensure staff accountability and safety, therapists must formally ask permission and notify the House Admin or Central Dispatch before stepping out or leaving the Staff House premises.

8.5. Designated Daily Staff House Cleaner Rotation

A rotating duty roster designates a specific Staff House Cleaner for each working day. The assigned cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the common areas, kitchen, bathroom, and dormitory quarters.

8.6. Punctuality Standard & ₱40/Hour Daily Allowance Tardiness Deduction

Punctuality is essential to professional service delivery. Any unexcused lateness incurs an automatic deduction of Forty Pesos (₱40.00) per hour from the therapist's daily allowance, and arrivals greater than 15 minutes late forfeit monthly attendance bonuses.

8.7. 2:00 PM Duty Readiness Mandate

All scheduled therapists must be fully prepared and ready for dispatch on or before 2:00 PM daily—bathed, in complete clean uniform, phone charged, and massage kit fully packed and inspected.

Pillar 9 — Brand Loyalty, Contact Isolation & Anti-Pocketing Covenant

9.1. Anti-Pocketing & Contact Isolation Law (Bawal ang Pagsapaw)

Clients belong exclusively to The Pinnacle by LV OPC. Therapists are strictly prohibited from providing personal mobile numbers, personal social media, or personal payment channels to clients, and are equally prohibited from soliciting or requesting client personal contact numbers. Only official company contact channels (Hotline, Viber/WhatsApp, QR) may be provided.

9.2. Official Concierge Script

When asked for direct contact details: "Ma'am/Sir, company policy po ng The Pinnacle na lahat ng booking at komunikasyon ay dumadaan sa aming Official Concierge hotline at portal para masiguro ang inyong kaligtasan, serbisyo, at priority scheduling."

9.3. 24-Month Restrictive Covenant

Servicing Pinnacle clients independently within 24 months of separation carries ₱100,000.00 liquidated damages and legal prosecution.

Pillar 10 — Solemn Covenant, Ratification & Conforme

10.1. Sacred Obligation

This Code of Ethics represents an immutable covenant between the therapist, the company, and every client who entrusts their physical well-being to our hands.

10.2. Binding Force & Revocation

Violations compromise the entire enterprise and result in progressive discipline, revocation of accreditation, forfeiture of incentives, or summary dismissal.
